Level zero diet: a life experience

The level zero diet" was publishes at the first time as content of the book "Lo spirito del tempo e il dominio del cuore" (The time spirit and the heart dominion) of Ulisse Di Bartolomei, (http://scrivereiltempo.blogspot.com/2008/04/lo-spirito-del-tempo-i.html)

In the following years I have been able to implement of further reliefs and all lived on my skin, so what I am about to expose is really genuine!
The diet is among the most disagreeable devotions that the human been can have to dispatch. A perfect payment for that apparently harmless ethical relaxation to abandon to every possible food ease.
The fat person is aware however to depress his existential potentialities and to deprive the community of a productive individual which he would be able and should be. The neighbours is often forced even to help the obese one because frequently becomes incapable to mind himself. I have sometimes been to make up my mind on myself with the reasoning just exposed and I have looked for a solution that has resolved partly my obesity, allowing to reduce of 40 of the 70 kg too much of my superfluous weight and I confides to reduce the remainders. "My" diet doesn't need medicines of various sort since I believe that the search of substitutes to our wrong managing, satisfies only the psyche need for emotional prosthesis. A friendly diet is that one can work with the feeding which gotten habit, changing however the way according to which the metabolism manages them.
And its in this circle where I have looked for the solution, and I am convinced that for a lot of people tormented by fatness is the suitable reducing method base.

One hundred calories not more...

One calorie - one gram!!

Exists thausand of diets and everythose proposes interesting reducing procedures for the bodily weight. However some are not proper to the type of sensibility and reactivity and, not less important, individual psychology that has matured in the person, causing a refusal that conducts to the failure of the purpose. My diet could be definite like a new diet but The level zero diet doesn't pertain to the type of food as base but the taming of the metabolism, us I will deepen. Perhaps my diet could be not for you, but I will do my best to help you to recognize if it could adapt to yours required.

Despite some suggestions are necessary.

Keep well in value that every digestive completion induces the bowel to expel the residues and this need should come respected every time before ingest upcoming food. If it is not possible for logistic implications, it has at least happen once a day and always before important meal.

If your organic functions are extended difficult, you should fall in love whit the following motto:

No more than one hundred calories for one hundred grams of food, because among these type of foods fruits and greens are found. The type of animals food that is found in that similarly caloric range (of earth and of water) have the best qualities among animals food (chicken, thin fish, rabbit, geese... I beg you not to eat the cats or dog because they are carnivores animals and harmful for the human spiritual and bodily health).

The relationship "one to one" of the motto "one hundred calories not more", couples in ideal symbiosis with "the level zero diet" because is a simple rule to follow and to maintain in the psyche as daily operational concept.

Functional base

The level zero diet is a nutritional procedure that proposes to lead the body managing to a basic metabolic stability, that make free from the food panic (the sense of impulsive hunger) allowing to carry out a dietary project without the conditioning of a psychology oppressed by aggressive starving stimulations.

It means a metabolism regulated in the caloric corresponding ingestion to the foods ingested in the day, compared to the foods proportioned to the job or requirement that it foresees, would be activated during the day.

By age 19 I resolved me for one "partial" vegetarian diet.
Departed six months eating only cereals, salads and fruit... and cheese!
Composed of cow and goat milk mixed. Extraordinary! Produced by a shepherd that also grazed the flock on my grounds.

A couple of weeks later, the first one "identified" feeling was to feel disgust even only by being in the proximity of meat. A condition that I hold due to arrives to the absence in my body, of any bio trace or meat toxin. The desire to eat meat had disappeared and only to think about I warned a sense of "sinned", of internal repulsion.

The metabolism had "bio forgotten" the existence of it.

I deduced that is desired what already exists in us by essence and if we succeed in forgetting (biologically and spiritually… psychologically) something, it stops constituting a need and therefore a desire.

The wounds were healed more quickly and the headache or migraines, very frequent in my adolescence, were entirely disappeared.
These benefits in fact, have remained in the following years the diet and at age 51, still I am exempt from head pains.

I consider therefore, the vegetarian feeding, ideal for the physical and spiritual health.

Being able I would have continued for the life but the quality of the relationship suffered and I should give up. To refuse alimentary courtesies disturbed the social life! If someone invites you to the restaurant, he almost always get bad feeling if you not take advantage of his gentleness.
Its true also, like many psychos / experts affirm, that “you can explained and the other ones understand", but I always perceived that a halo of suspect assisted and sent away that taste of complicity, that makes pleasant to be together favouring the attainable construction.

An well-mannered salesman has more facilities in to receive eating’s invitations that to sell products. Was my case! I was often forced to avoid some firms, even few interesting for my products, but with some good people which liked to chatters with me, not to end to the restaurant.

Cries my heart by remembering so much juvenile stupidity, now that I understand the prominence of the human relationships. (And how much to be fatty effect the life!)

The psychological stress?

Brief computer prologue.

Computer science has induced not only changes in the working praxis and communicating, but also suggests us some very interesting analytical approaches for the management of the intellectual and physiological resources, "entertained" from our body.

We can find analogies in the computers operation where the resources are set in "turn" from a motor denominated processor. The resources must be activated to demand and the processor sets those in work. If the working resources (generally system services, work programs, communication or diversion) are excessive because unused, the whole system slow down since those tools need to be proposed in diagnostic motions and inventory, the operative system continually has to notice all that is there, active or no. So even a good processor is not able to manage!
Like at the supermarket: the other customers don't interest me, but I always have to avoid them to move among the shelves and if the environment is crowded the shopping will cost me much more time and emotional tension!

In the computer I save uninstalling useless programs and inactivating useless services.
To the supermarket can go in calmer day moment… but in the head?

Let us uninstalling the oppressive or troublesome psyco-reactive "services" : those existential philosophies, that tie the psyche to a quantity of procedures and actions that forehead of an advantage, they decidedly produce a superior disadvantage!

We have a better body than we think
The body frees himself from the impurities brought by sophisticated foods at condition to leave him the useful elapsed.
Thinks about that the soldiers of the "great mother russia", used to drink even the tank gasoline instead of the alcohol!
(when vodka doesn't wax) What cannot make a liver!

To free of big part of the toxins of a strong hearty meal of meat, need two or three days. Without bridling in peremptory protocols, difficult to follow for long periods, its better to conduct well a suitable period of vegetarian (doesn't leave toxins) diet after every "heavy" meal, to give time to the body to digest the residual "poisons".

The fasting brakes the bowel and facilitates the absorption of toxin. Its better avoid it.

Strengthening, exciting, regenerating dispositions (extracts of grass and roots) or chemical medicin rarely produce appreciable effects in presence of repeated ingestion of biological "dirt". They easily evolve in damage, since speed up uselessly the nerve system, accelerating the decline of it: the aging!

The organism finally get used to that and suffers functional depression depriving of those products, getting oppressive collateral effects for the psyche, forced to seek the solution in products persistently proposed by the advertising as determinants for the health or the solution of that specific problem, and to rouse the cause of the failure "inside" own negligence using them (application errors).

You ends up needing it for that organic efficiency that would be even if were not adopted, but pursuing some wise feeding procedures.

The damage to the psyche that derives of it, is the inconvenient that in this context is easily forgotten: the trouble and the inhibition of the psycho-reactive and intellectual resources, because besides the sanitary difficulties, one languishes under pressing senses of guilt!

Could You imagine where a daily health is pursued through:

To categorically drink filtered water "you do from you", since "its better not to trust others."

To exclusively purchase biological cultivated fruits * to avoid chemical poisons.
*Don't exist! In the cultivations without any use of dangerous ant parasitical substances for the individuals, the fruits only end in the belly of the bugs and companions.
From childhood I was curious! I well remember the existential circumstances of my family, since the three year-old age! The struggle to the parasites worried the whole agricultural community and was faced from all member together. From the "agrarian consortium" arrived products to be tried on the field, but the result was always disappointing and had to be returned to the classical parasitic ides. The matter became then the evaluation of the moment where the poison was sufficiently dissipated for "to eat" the fruit and to pick up before the bugs assaulted it. If however You care to be parts of the "chosen" that eat only bio, also do!
Be aware however, of the mental costs, indeed when You have the feeling that the psyche shows You the limits!

To avoid fruits that have travelled too much and inevitably lost vitamins on the road."

Must avoid everything of logistic or functional not essential, since the psychological damage is much bigger compared to the produced advantage!

The erosion of the ponder fluidity and consequent intellectual happiness, will be inevitable!

Metabolic cleaning

I said… By structuring the daily rhythm with wisdom doesn't need of “bio-nerve-system” accelerators.

Who feeds self sophisticated, gives to body the necessary time to clean, alternating periods of vegetarian nutrition in the daily or meal relation one to two.
The ingestion of animal proteins should confine to once a day.
Our body forgives gladly us the throat sins if we patiently grant him adequate time to undo of it.

One to two! An too much eaten and two ones with salads.One day sinners and two saints!

The meat

If really must eat the meat…

Not that raw however, both of earth or of water.
The "pact" with the Creator includes to eat only animals previous "purification" through the heat. Eating a lot of "earthling" meat depresses the spirituality, but eating quite a lot of it raw, bring that "under the feet!"
This experience that I am about to tell should clarify more than many reasoning.

One day some girl adolescent students climb in bus, among them a very nice ones. I imagine that she can become a good model... I sit turning her my back.
After a few, among two girl begins a dialogue on the nutrition. The one is almost vegetarian and the other one has a preference for the beefsteak just burnished, but inside red dripping (her words) and she eats that every day, because her mother wants so.

The "salad" voice is clear and light.
That "bloody" one stuns me! It seems to limp in a nightmare by open eyes. I have the shivers and the plants of my feet sizzle, while I am striving not to hear.

A heavy voice, glued, as to stir in an mix of tallow.

I feel that cannot belong to the nice girl, would have sworn! I need of confirmation.
I leave a furtive glance... its really her and while she is speaking, her physiognomy twists. The beautiful face assumes of doggy, while repeatedly pronouncing “I like bleeding” (and pleased varying) beating her friend, that insists on the spinaches sup.

My bus stop is there, the door opens, I breath!

Diets remark comment

Around the diets, I confirm the concept: its desired what already exists in us. It needs, therefore, not to eat the foods that the body must forget.
All diets are good, but the "few, but of everything" often fail, because produce notable tension and emotional destabilization.

Who loves big slices of cake, will suffer to reduce to a third, since the mind receives the signal of satisfaction after sugars and fats have been ingested in usual quantity and speed.

The strong foods, (meat, cheeses, very fat sweets) build enslavement, influencing the psycho-emotional equilibrium and the spiritual sensoriality.

A big beefsteak leaves a sense of satisfaction, but also a perceived heaviness as weakness, favouring the persisting need feeling of food.

Sugars and refined sweets quickly come absorbed, but what doesn't feed shortly the muscular job go soon deposited in fat, and the metabolic machinery believes quickly to be empty and hungry.

Still having some huge beefsteak to digest, the metabolism is mistaken by the sudden decrease of fast carbohydrates, because the absorption of the foods doesn't obey to a temporal progression: although the beefsteak has been going down from hours, the whiskey (or sugar) doesn't respect the line and shamelessly brings him self in vein in second.

Legionaries from lavish and long banquets, five thousand calories and more, that finish with sweets, the need of food return only after a couple of hours and the belief that "only with the sweets one cannot stand", although is rich foods, is very diffused.

Be advisable to eat them away from the meals, therefore the metabolism doesn't suffer their makeup, making us to feel pale even after an rich banquet!

(To the banquets however, eat sweeties reasonably, since in such contexts there is an interest of relationship. However don't look for those occasions…)

The solution stay in "level zero" diet!

Often you can hear mentioning the hereditary metabolism, constitutions and other, but thinking over my case I cantered a "illuminating" conjecture.
Maybe that a non aggressive metabolism, is possible because the daily foods ingestion is fortuitously on the thread of the daily middle requirement?
The body, stimulated by the numerous void metabolic moments, is forced to hold in motion the combustion of the accumulated fats and to make less trust on those that the stomach receives!
I made a functional reference of it, getting anymore hunger moments and to conduct a diet that become my style of feeding!

My obesity was on a critical dimensions and the spiritual tension was spent almost entirely for not collapsing under a so dramatic functional debilitation.
Eating or remaining with empty stomach, I always warned the swollen body and the gasping heart.
The harassing and delicate physiological urgencies.
My child son, when became angry, apostrophized me with "You are the more fat person, You are the biggest fatty of the world!"
My hope for the future submitted to the awakening in the morning of my 150 kilos.

One afternoon I tried to make the point. It was so frustrating that every diet ended incomplete for then to take all back the lost fat and more .
The gone night, after a strenuous intimacy with the consort, i suffered a cardiac arrhythmia! Why throw the life away because of not being able to grow thin? I asked myself!
I was desperate and I looked for a solution.

I thought about "to mechanize" the body!
In the engine the dynamo produces electric energy that sends to the battery. Then that leaves the energy to the vehicle devices that need. The dynamo doesn't feed directly the devices otherwise the system could not set out alone or to firmly work.
The battery allows the functional reliability compensating the breaks or productive differences of the dynamo.
Comparing the engine to the body, the dynamo to the stomach and the battery to the adipose deposits, it suppose that the best functionality follow the motor technical.

The body therefore, takes uninterruptedly the necessary from the accumulated fats and then (vitamins, proteins, salts…) from the ingested foods.
Disappear than that aggressive hunger that introduces to the panic for a hour delay than usual without eating and sustains the problem in object, since to the mealtime one arrives not hungry and the same gets up.

The metabolism sends the fats to the "continuous collecting deposit " and the stomach enjoys the refreshing pleasure of fruits and vegetables fresh or warm... leaving full freedom to psyche to appraise the quantity to ingest.

The level zero is therefore the metabolic condition, where the collecting of the bodily fats constantly remains activated, induced by the not caloric ingestion between the meals.
The metabolism withdraws the energies both from the adipose deposits and from the daily ingested food, in a proportion that I would define for convenience fifty and fifty, reinstating the deposits (when necessary) in the small casual breaks.

A good results can be granted by getting used to English tea way. Cloudlet of milk and honey teaspoon… but only at five… six… seven… eight… nine…

Obesity

Getting far from this equilibrium, two pathologies are promoted: obesity and anorexia.
In that last the metabolism comes to refuse external foods and the mechanism "psycho-bio-physiological" is disarmed.
As known, a strong mental component produces the anorexia.
In Obesity case the metabolism takes only from the ingested food (ignoring the fat deposit), producing a many moment of panical and aggressive hunger, that brings to the excesses of desire. I try to structure "my" mechanism of the obesity.

Let’s divide the meal in three equivalent moments/quantity: A... B... C!
Usually the sense of hunger grown weak after about ten minutes and stop after thirty. In the first ten however, the moment / quantity A has gone while at thirty also B has followed and the turn of C arrives, that usually represents the most pleasant moment, since the nervous tension from hunger is away and the taste of the food it becomes object of artistic enjoyment.
As it often happens A was enough to supply the seven or eight hours of competence but the sense of hunger was extended enough to push to eat the remainders, psycho-normalized, B and C partly or entirely surplus and they inevitably go to fat deposit. Even worst if the break is long or activity spends few energies.

So the dieticians sentence: get up from the table still with the hunger! Are we crazy to live such life from masochists?!
The psyche cannot bear for a long time such torture without collapsing. This torment would be added to other discouragements that the complexity of the life doesn't save. Among the most unpleasant we find the "friendly" incitements, that interfere also in the allowed desinaris of the diet.

Metabolism setup

Better optimize the metabolism, because by submitting to the ingested foods hi will asks continuously of it, since every metabolic void handed to psycho-bio-physiological panic!
One "wolves hunger" that returns so much frequently to win the rational defences.
A merciless mechanism that brings to fatten up more and more.
As mentioned, to win the metabolic voids is necessary to induce the metabolism to uninterruptedly take from the fats in deposit, therefore the necessary job has to be activated constantly.

You gets it tightly holding the commensurate feeding to the need, avoiding the snacks among the main meals, for regular periods.
Let’s make example of requirement of two thousand daily calories and considering that three moments/meal constitute around nine hours of digestion. If I give only the two thousand and only in three moments, for the residue fifteen hours the dear metabolism must get the lacking in the deposit!
Doesn't happen if one eat every time that metabolism screams!

Have noticed that a metabolism so stabilized takes from the adipose deposits also during the periods of exuberant feeding, but if we relaxes on a week of eat, return to ignore the deposit and start to produce the feeling of hunger again!
From parents gluttons as oxen (was not the case of mine) the children grow as calves! “Ulysses! You are fat, since your race is of big... you have big bones... your uncle... aunt… grandmother Gigia...”
I easily fatten up, due to the bad habits of my metabolism and the D.N.A. implicates nothing!To go to level zero is advisable for every one to the purpose to eliminate the hunger and therefore, to manage in serenity the alimentary needs. Really precious for the one that starts to a long time diet and fundamental for many other!

Easily going…

...to reach the "level zero" for those people that have difficulty in having self-control during the day. Confirmed! To educate the metabolism needs to follow a food procedure that must rise to rule of life and negligible only in the recurrences or report contexts, so that the metabolic mechanisms get stable.

1) Get habit to an moderate evening meal, deprived or few of animal fats, avoiding late evening snacks and obviously, in the night time.
-
2) The supper should finish at least three hours before lying down for the night, for the digestion to be completed. Moderate alcoholic drinks, don't stop the good result, if the ingestion of the solid foods is avoided out meal. The goodness of the night time rest is fundamental to conduct a nutrition strategy or a weight reducing diet, since the food is often perceived as calming of the psycho boredom and the muscular exhaustion. Reaching badly the morning, cannot continue to the point three.

3) to reach the lunch time, not before the thirteen, only with vitamin drinks or sweet drinks. (Not over 200 calories)

4) to guarantee at least fifteen hours of almost fasting, inducing so the metabolism to burn the fats in deposit. That is useful also for the conclusion of any difficult digestion and not to disturb the following one with residual chemistry moving.

After some days of nutrition managed in such way (10 or 12 days), the metabolism will be stabilized and prepared at best to sustain a diet or nutrition procedure to "level zero."
Guaranteed: any tiredness or metabolic panic.
At this point, who needs to reduce the weight can begin the calories decrease through changing foods or differentiating cook style. A less aggressive solution for the psyche, comparing the reduction of the quantity.

For instance: 50 gs pasta's (not cooked) less, in a meat sauce rich in vegetable: same weight and 200 calories less!

Somebody could have some difficulties by "jumping" a strong breakfast. In such case if the social appointments allow it can slept thin to draw near to the midday! If had to not be possible, there is always the will power…

Take care however to the phobias or conceptual ("this diet I will do for the whole life".) fallings in love. Provoke psychological repulsion and force sooner or later, to abandon any proposition of long duration!

To facilitate more.

Somebody affirm that a strong morning breakfast is necessary to face the day in good form. Its no true!

The night time rest introduces to the first halves the day, but despite, many suffer of weakens early-morning, although have taken an abundant breakfast!
According to mine thought, the rich morning breakfast causes an almost immediate drowsiness with psyco-reactive apathy and a metabolic void, that bores up to the lunch.

The "breakfast at seven o'clock" will produce between nine and ten, a sense of hunger more or less tolerable than it will last up to lunch, preparing the psyche toward the reactive ineffectiveness and the emotional irascibility.

No carbohydrates in the first halves the day (apart that few in the sweeteners, that however come soon "forgotten") is a consistent footstep toward a vital equilibrium and for someone amazing progress. The vitamins breakfast, but also a simple coffee, sweetened or less, its right if one care to drink at least half litre of water during the forenoon. Can become the daily purifying moment: a daily bio washing, precious above all, for the one who uses to engulf him of animal toxins.

A period of preparation "to level" needs about ten days, it goes without suffering (better believing…) and allows then to proceed toward the caloric standard of maintenance or weight reduction and keep without relapses, with a minimum of awareness.

Don't care if you are bigger as fighters of sumo! After the first weeks of diet, above all if limited in the cholesterol, the heart finds again an unexpected youth and is ready to work to the best for the necessary years. No histories: each can!
Stabilized the metabolism one is able doing as I like... even eat all in the morning as mentioned, without suffering attacks of hunger.

After months of new life I have reached the certainty of the goodness of mine. I eat when I want and as I want. Distributed in the day or all in the evening. A super breakfast in the morning and a kilo of fruit in the evening! My metabolism doesn't blackmail me anymore! I am free!!

Obviously are not new things, but the technical dynamics is confused in a joint of integrators, gymnastics, psychology, various complexes that willing "balls breaker" love to explore in troubles personality of the obese one.
The psyche can sustain our projects with the necessary courage, only if the prepared data return coherent to the functional dynamics of the factors in game (to understand what does…).
